Pier Solutions acquired and rebranded under Global Modular

We’re pleased to share an update from our member, Pier Solutions. As of 18 June 2026, the company will operate under its new name Global Modular Solutions Scotland Limited.

This change follows Pier Solutions’ acquisition by Global, the Scottish-based energy and infrastructure group, which will combine Pier Solutions’ expertise with the wider capabilities of Global to deliver standardised and engineered modular solutions for transmission infrastructure and EPC programmes across the energy and utilities sectors. The team will continue operating from their Inverurie and Kintore facilities, with expanded capabilities and ongoing commitment to the quality and expertise that have defined Pier Solutions.
